Arrive in Queenstown at 16:50, meet the driver-guide, enjoy dinner and check in. The evening is free to relax or explore independently.
Depart at 08:00 for the spectacular road into Fiordland. Cruise Milford Sound with a picnic-style lunch on board, then return to Queenstown for dinner.
Visit Puzzling World, enjoy lunch and free time by Lake Wānaka, then return for the Skyline Gondola and three luge rides above Queenstown.
Check out and fly on JQ296. After lunch, settle into the Auckland hotel and enjoy independent leisure time before dinner.
Journey through Waikato to Waitomo Glowworm Caves, including the guided cave and boat experience, followed by lunch at Roselands.
Explore Kelly Tarlton’s SEA LIFE Aquarium, enjoy lunch, then take in Auckland from the Sky Tower. The remaining city time is free for independent exploration.
Breakfast and a free morning, with late checkout at 16:00. Transfer to Auckland Airport at 17:30 for EK449 home via Dubai.

Small preparations make the long-haul journey, biosecurity process and alpine touring days much easier.
Required before arrival
Complete one free digital declaration per traveller. You need passport, New Zealand contact, flight, recent travel, visa/NZeTA and declaration details. Answers must be entered in English.
Every traveller needs a free declaration. Submit from 24 hours before the first Colombo flight if you and your bags remain airside in Dubai. Keep the email reference; nothing needs printing.
Declare all food, plant and animal products, medicines, wooden items, and used outdoor equipment. Clean soil from shoes. If unsure, declare it—undeclared risk goods can lead to penalties.
September is spring: carry a waterproof shell, warm mid-layer, sun protection and comfortable shoes. Milford weather changes quickly and alpine mornings can be cold.
Use SPF 30+ sunscreen, sunglasses and a hat even on cool or cloudy days. Reapply during long outdoor days.
New Zealand uses Type I plugs and 230V/50Hz. Cards and contactless payments are common; advise your bank before travel and keep some NZD for small purchases.
Be in the lobby 10 minutes before departure. Carry water, medication and a power bank on Milford day, and tell a host before separating during free time.
